Jordan is a devout and practicing Montreal Canadiens fan. Grotto joined Mission from Credit Suisse First Boston where she was a Director of mortgage trading. Grotto held the same position at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette prior to its acquisition by CSFB. Grotto was at Fortress Investment Group where she was responsible for business development, specifically sourcing investment opportunities in non-performing and sub-prime assets for its various funds. Grotto spent 17 years at GE Capital, where she was a Senior Vice President. Grotto held positions in sales management, business development and trading at various GE Capital subsidiaries including GE Mortgage Insurance, GE Mortgage Services, GE Asset Management and Kidder Peabody. Grotto holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Babson College.Prior to joining Mission Capital, Jordan served as Managing Director at The Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group LLC, a New York Real Estate Capital Advisory Firm which he joined in 2002. Will Sledge is a Managing Director of Sales and Trading, where he oversees business development and project management for the Commercial Asset Sales Group.Ari Hirt is a Managing Director in The Debt & Equity Finance Group at Mission where he oversees the firm's placement and execution efforts for commercial real estate developers, owners and investors nationwide.Ari also leads Mission's efforts in maintaining relationships with hundreds of capital sources and is responsible for business development including sourcing and evaluating new financing opportunities.Jonathan More is a Managing Director in the Debt & Equity Finance Group at Mission Capital, where he is responsible for originating, underwriting and structuring commercial real estate transactions nationwide on behalf of owner-operators, private equity firms, developers and family offices.Jonathan's diverse skill sets, deep market knowledge and industry relationships have proved critical in working through transactions and originating business over his 15-year real estate career.He has direct oversight of all three of the contracts with the FDIC (Valuation Advisor, Loan Sale Advisor, and Structured Sale Advisor) since 2009.Prior to founding Mission Capital, he was the head of nonperforming residential mortgage loan acquisitions at GMAC-RFC and Ocwen and was a bank examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Runk has BS degree in Economics from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Duke University.

He has advised a variety of commercial and government clients on the sale of nearly billion of mortgage loan portfolios and over 0 billion of asset valuations.In his role as Principal, he has a responsibility for a wide range of professional services, with demonstrated abilities in asset pricing, deal structuring, transaction management, risk management and corporate finance.Ari received an MBA in Finance (with distinction) from the Leonard N.Stern School of Business at New York University, and a BA in Economics (Magna Cum Laude), from Yeshiva University.
