I don't really have that kind of time to devote to videogaming at this time in my life anyway, but I do still raid now and then when I can. It's great to unwind at the end of a long day or a long week by blasting away at giant monsters with friends.Sorrowseed was lucky enough to be a part of the celebration we played at the High Times pre-party and it was amazing to meet some of the editors of the magazine. But yeah, as far as the rally goes - we had over 60,000 people come to this last years event this year's is sure to be even bigger! I like it because its a beautiful, immersing gaming world and it's something I can do late at night to relax, or spend a day doing if I ever happen to have that much free time.. Ive put over 250 days into my evil little wizard; I feel like she's a part of me.If you're anywhere near Massachusetts on September 17th this year and you support the legalization of marijuana (medicinal and otherwise), come to the Boston Commons and rally with us!! When I had more free time a few years ago, I was REALLY into being in a hardcore raiding guild. Her costume was hand-made by a tailor for me, and I took the plunge and got airbrushed entirely blue!!That was the first time I've ever done bodypainting and boy was it an experience.(Dark Horizon, if any fellow EQ nerds are reading this).
I also helped raise money for the cause at last year's MASSCANN Freedom Rally in Boston which is always on the 3rd Saturday of the month.
There's something for almost everyone in our double-disc debut album, The Extinction Prophecies.
Sorrowseed is based on the concept of the apocalyptic demise brought by two powerful, immortal gods: The Reaping Willow, and The Scarab Prophet.
It was fun shot in the middle of Boston it was the last scene of the film without saying too much, I can say that it was a really amusing scene, and I got to hold up a sign that said, Go Fat Guy! I'm not holding my breath as to if I'm actually shown on camera, but that sign was pretty awesome and it'd be funny to see it for a second.
I gotta say it was cool seeing Adam Sandler so close..
